What are the delivery options?Locations: We currently ship locally only. ​ Shipping: We offer shipping at a flat rate of $10. Shipping duration will take 3 to 5 business days. ​ FREE for orders $70 and above. *Not applicable for exchanges* ​ Self-collection: We also offer self-collection at Boon Keng MRT Station S328260. The collection date and time will be advised through email.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately we only ship locally at the moment.

Is it possible to cancel or change my order after confirmation?Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change your orders after confirmation of your purchase. We process your orders as soon as you confirm them to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible.

What is your exchange policy?We have a 7 day exchange policy, where you will be able to exchange your purchase within 7 days. To be eligible for exchange, the condition of the product must be same as how it was received, unworn and unused. Tags must not be removed and products must be in their orginal packaging. Proof of purchase such as a screenshot of payment must be shown for approval of exchange. To request for an exchange, please contact us at dancewerkzsg@gmail.com In the email, please include: 1. Photo of item with manufacturing defects 2. Proof of purchase or reciept If your request for exchange is accepted, we will give you more information on how and where to send the products. We will not accept any products sent back to us without approval of exchange.

What is your refund policy?We enforce a strict no refund policy across all our products.

Do I need to register for an account to shop?It is not compulsory to register for an account to shop. Instead, registering for an account would provide ease of shopping at Dancewerkz as it provides a customized experience.

Why are the products of a slightly different shade when they arrive?The lighting and the decive used to photograph the product may cause a slight variation in the colours of the actual product. Colours portrayed on digital screens may also cause slight differences of the orginal colours of the products due to resolutions. Due to the possible risk of digital variations in terms of the colour of the original fabric colour, we do not consider these differences as a production defect.
